We are aware that dealing with a pet’s behavioral concerns may be challenging and stressful. Some of the most typical behavioral difficulties noticed in pets include aggression, separation anxiety, noise phobias, and elimination concerns (such as urinating in unsuitable locations). Sadly, several of these problems are the main causes of rehoming for cats and dogs.

It’s critical to rule out any underlying health conditions that could be causing undesirable behaviors. For instance, prolonged pain or inflammation might make a cat irritable and prone to snapping. Similar to dogs, cats may urinate outside of their litter boxes due to movement limitations or a urinary tract illness. Our veterinarians will collaborate with you to develop a specific treatment plan that puts your pet in his or her happy zone so you can both enjoy life and each other once we’ve ruled out physical and metabolic disorders.
